I started my career in property management 12 years ago with Crockers Property Management in Auckland.

While at Crockers I operated a large portfolio of properties and implemented an innovative Business Development Section that is still successfully expanding their property management business to this day.

I moved to Tauranga in 2001 and worked for a prominent real estate company until August 2008. I increased the size of their rental portfolio from 45 properties to over 230 during my time with the company. I also successfully completed my Diploma in Real Estate and gained my Associate status with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

My emphasis on customer service and satisfaction coupled with my extensive property management experience has allowed me to successfully establish my own business operation Helen Barnard Property Management Ltd.
